The ITER Organisation welcomes applications for the Principality of Monaco/ ITER Postdoctoral Research Fellowships, which will allow recent PhD graduates to join the ITER Organisation for a period up to two years.
The principal motivation of the Research Fellowships is the development of excellence in research in fusion science and technology within the ITER framework. Topics are: Burning plasma physics, Heating and current drive physics, Superconducting magnet technology, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering/ structural analysis, Remote handling technology, Cryogenics and Thermohydraulics.
The last cryolines are onsite and their installation will begin soon.
Europe advances its two concepts through Preliminary Design Review.
A key technology mastered as F4E and Sener deliver centrifuge accelerator.
F4E and partners finalise the design of a complex plasma heating component.
Five categories to recognise outstanding industrial contributions in fusion.
