Join F4E and the European Big Science organisations at the 2018 Big Science Business Forum

The Big Science Business Forum 2018, to be held in Copenhagen from 26-28 February, is a new initiative that brings together Europe’s Big Science facilities and offers companies and industries an opportunity to meet the Big Science market across Europe.

Fusion for Energy (F4E) has joined forces with CERN, ESA (European Space Agency), ESO (European Southern Observatory ESO), ESS (European Spallation Source), ESRF (European Synchrotron Radiation Facility ESRF), European XFEL (European X-Ray Free Electron Laser Facility), and the ILL (Institut Laue-Langevin) establishing the world’s biggest market place for big science projects.

The Forum will give companies and research centres the unique opportunity to:

  • Learn about business opportunities across all the projects in the coming years, within a wide range of business areas.
  • Meet representatives from Europe’s Big Science organisations and their key suppliers.
  • Network and establish long lasting partnerships via business-to-business meetings (B2B), business-to-customer meetings (B2C) and in the open exhibition area.
  • Get insight into procurement rules, intellectual property issues, technology transfer and how businesses can interplay with the Big Science market.

BSBF2018 will be the first one-stop-shop for European companies to gain insight into future investments and procurements of Europe’s Big Science facilities.
