Principality of Monaco/ITER postdoctoral fellowships 2010


Applications for the Principality of Monaco/ ITER Postdoctoral Research Fellowships are now welcome to be sent to the ITER Organization. These fellowships allow recent PhD graduates to join the ITER Organization for a period up to two years and to carry out project research in many areas of fusion science and technology, including burning plasma physics, fusion plasma diagnostics, electrical engineering, vacuum technology and plasma fuelling technology, cryogenics and thermohydraulics.

In order to qualify as an applicant, your PhD should be awarded after 1 January 2007 or you should be about to obtain one. You must be a national of one of ITER Members or of the Principality of Monaco, and should be motivated to carry out a research project and to participate in publications of high-quality journal articles in fusion science and technology.
