Policy

Tenders must now be submitted online

From 1 November 2018, F4E will now require that tenderers use the F4E E-submission tool when submitting to a Call for Tender.

From 1 November 2018, all tenders must be submitted via the F4E E-submission tool.

As well as minimising the use of paper, time and money, the E-submission tool allows users to make changes in their submitted tender up until the deadline.

In order to be able to use the F4E E-submission tool to submit a tender, a tenderer must be registered in F4E’s E-submission tool at least 48 hours before the submission deadline of the Call for Tender. Registration can be done here.
