A visual summary of a year of positive performance across F4E projects
Fusion for Energy (F4E) has published the F4E Highlights 2025, a report presenting the main achievements of last year across F4E’s activities. The publication’s structure follows the three pillars of the F4E vision: the delivery of fusion projects; the development of knowledge and talent; and the support to Europe’s industrial leadership in fusion.
The Highlights offer a visual summary of a year filled with important milestones, such as the delivery of a Vacuum Vessel sector, the completion of major ITER buildings, the upgrades in JT-60SA or the new DONES partnership. It also captures the economic impact of F4E’s activities and focuses on strategic initiatives like the Technology Development Programme or the F4E Supply Chain Days.
In his foreword, the F4E Director Marc Lachaise states: “2025 has been a year of strong delivery. F4E maintained a high level of performance achieving 91% of the milestones set, its strongest result to date. This results from the professionalism of our staff, the knowledge and expertise of our supply chain, the systematic application of lessons learnt, and an increasingly close integration with ITER Organization.”
