Fusion for Energy (F4E) has improved its selection process with the introduction of a new e-recruitment platform. If you have previously applied for an F4E position, you will now need to create a new user account and provide their information of the position on the platform, along with submitting the CV and motivation letter.

The F4E e-recruitment application tool is the only acceptable means of sending in job applications unless a different procedure is explicitly mentioned.

The online application process starts by clicking “CLICK TO APPLY” next to a vacancy of your interest. You must create an F4E e-recruitment account by filling in the required information (fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory). In case you already have an e-recruitment profile in the new platform, you just need to enter the credentials to sign in and proceed.

After successfully submitting the application electronically, a confirmation message will appear on the screen and an email will be sent confirming the selection for which the application has been submitted for. Please note that email correspondence from F4E will be sent out via our e-recruitment system. We therefore ask you to regularly monitor your email inbox and spam. Emails will have the sender address “@f4e-jobs.gestmax.eu”.

Only complete applications submitted within the deadline fixed for each vacant position will be taken into consideration.

You are responsible for keeping your e-mail addresses and personal details up to date in your profile in the F4E e-recruitment .
