Korean delegation visits Fusion for Energy’s offices

A delegation of high-level representatives from the Korean fusion programme visited the Barcelona-based Fusion for Energy offices today. Headed by Lee Suk Yang, Deputy Director of the Fusion Research Support Division at the Korean Ministry of Science & Technology (MOST), the group also included officials from the National Fusion Research Institute (NFRI). The delegation expressed great interest in Fusion for Energy’s state of development. Several issues of mutual interest were discussed including the progress made in the establishment of Fusion for Energy in Europe and its counterpart in Korea.
